InsideOut Studio to benefit artists with disabilities in upcoming SHIFT fundraiser
HAMILTON, Ohio – On September 21, InsideOut Studio will host a unique fundraiser that will benefit Butler County artists with disabilities. The event, which is being billed as “SHIFT Electronic Music and Art,” will begin at 7 p.m. at the InsideOut Studio, located at 140 High Street in Hamilton.
InsideOut Studio has been tight-lipped about the venue for the evening. While the event is set to begin at 140 High Street, the contingent will move to a secret, never-before-used event space.
Once the venue is revealed to attendees, however, InsideOut will kick off a night full of electronic music, art activities, and visual aerialist performances. Announced DJs for the evening include DJ Bit Flip, DJ Mowgli, and DJ Fuzzy Logic. Food from Hamilton’s favorite restaurants will be served, and a special “SHIFT” beer created by Municipal Beer Works will be available to those who are of age.
In a statement, InsideOut Studio said “Proceeds raised at SHIFT will go directly toward purchasing adaptive art equipment designed for InsideOut Studio artists’ individual needs and funding outings to museums, parks and other destinations to spark creativity and inspiration.”
Supported by the Butler County Board of Developmental Disabilities and Easterseals Serving Greater Cincinnati, InsideOut Studio provides artists with disabilities a space to create and sell their art. For more information, visit insideoutstudioart.com
