“Last month we had three businesses participate, this month we nearly doubled!”

August, 24th, 2018 marked the second “Make & Take on Main St.” event. Businesses participating in this event stayed open longer and offered a craft for people to make in the store and take home!

Secretly Shabby hosted a “Paint & Take” class. Teaching how to make your own entryway organizer! When being asked what she thought of events on Main St. Lisa Weaver said she loves these types of events, because they get people down on Main St.

“We are coming together to create experiences for families.” –  Rachel Steinman with Pet Wants said.

Pet Wants hosted a “Bake & Take” event. Kids over 5 years old could bake their own Petcake and take home a kit of their own! Melinda Kirk with Petcakes, helped the kids bake and decorate their PetCakes to bring home to their furry friends!

Rustic Homes hosted a “Paint & Take” event. Where people could paint a mason jar and take it to Petals & Wicks to create and pour their own candle in the jars!
