Letter to SantaA child’s letter to Santa is a precious moment in the holiday season. Make your child’s memories even more special by helping them get a return letter from the North Pole.

Your child writes their letter. You write a special response. The letter goes up to the North Pole, and you get your letter returned to you with a very special North Pole postmark.

Your child or grandchild getting that special piece of mail will bring a moment of joy to your holiday season.  This is a great activity for Thanksgiving that the whole family can enjoy, including parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles and other caregivers.

How to do it:

  1. Have the child write a letter to Santa and place it in an envelope addressed to Santa Claus, North Pole .Here is a few special Santa’s letter stationery you can use. http://bit.ly/SantaLetterPaper
  2. Write a personalized response to the child’s letter written by you and sign it “From Santa.” You can write your letter on the back of your child’s letter. Make your response as personal to the child as possible.  This is a great time to give kudos for good grades, good work with chores or kindness.
  3. Insert both letters into an envelope, and address it to the child.
  4. Add the return address: SANTA, NORTH POLE, to the envelope. Ensure a First-Class Mail stamp is affixed to the envelope.

Place the complete envelope into a larger envelope, with appropriate postage, and address it to:
