A Butler County Church to hold Easter Sunday Service

Butler Sheriff Richard K. Jones was contacted by Pastor Jim Mullins of Calvary
Church in New Miami (Butler County, Ohio) regarding the Church conducting a ‘drive-in” style Easter Sunday service. Pastor Mullins requested the Church hold their Easter
Sunday service in their parking lot with the congregants in their cars.

^Easter Sunday services are a vital part of religious ceremony and is held
sacred to those who desire to worship on that day,” states Sheriff Jones.
Sheriff Jones contacted the Butler County Health Commissioner Jennifer
Bailer in reference to this request. Health Commissioner Bailer stated, “it’s a great idea!”
Calvary Church released this statement on their Facebook page:
“We will be implementing PLENTY of safety precautions that day. People will be able to stay in their vehicles for everything!”
