Join the Merit Theatre Company, Conductor Benjamin Price, and talented Producers, Ben
and Kaitlyn Iocco, staging a Christmas concert you will be raving about for years to come. In this all-new Christmas production, A Christmas Celebration, this creative team is putting
together a show fit for the grandness of the season, with a live 60-piece orchestra, children’s choir and 60 voice chorale, conducted and hosted by the award-winning conductor, Benjamin Price.

Unlike your traditional theater groups, this award-winning organization prides itself on family values and professional family entertainment for all ages. Mr. Price has worked for many years in the professional music business, leaving the concert stage in 2015 to take a sabbatical from secular music and retire his position with The Ohio Metropolitan Pops Orchestra and Chorale, to pursue a successful business career. In late spring of 2017 the Iocco’s approached Benjamin about coming out of retirement and joining them with the brand-new Merit Theatre Company as music director, bringing great new shows to the stage like “Horizons of Gold” and “It’s a Wonderful Life.” What followed would be a fantastic musical collaboration between the entire board of the Merit Theatre Company & amp; Orchestra and wonderful audiences. The Iocco’s approached Benjamin about doing a large-scale Christmas production in 2019, with the entire concert orchestra and cast, giving birth to a brand-new production bringing talents from all over the Tri-State area!

This concert will also feature talented saxophonist, Andrew Karnes, from Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, the smooth vocals of Mr. Carter Perry, Mr. Matt Dentino, Ms. Angie
Baker, the Iocco’s and local favorite, Ms. Maddi Kilgore and Hamilton icon, Bob Dronberger. The show will feature favorites like, O Holy Night, Home for the Holidays, and Do You Hear What I Hear, to name a few. You will have to come this December to check out what other timeless favorites make the show! For more info, check out Merit’s website, www.merittheatre.org.
