The ongoing revitalization of downtown Hamilton continues with new small businesses choosing to call this area home. Hamilton’s tight-knit community and “shop local” attitude, has made the city a top pick for new businesses. Gina Stitzel, the owner of Revive Hair Salon, had been wanting to open a salon in the area for years before The Marcum Apartments came along. As soon as she heard about the project, which contains 102 apartments and over 10,000 sqft of retail space, she knew this would be the perfect location.

Revive Hair Salon plans to bring a new salon experience to downtown Hamilton.  Revive will carry a full line of Aveda products.  “I have worked with many brands along the way and I am excited to be bringing Aveda to the area. Aveda not only provides great products ranging from hair care to skin care but also brings an awesome education to everyone at the salon. This, in turn, brings exceptional stylists to our great city.” Stitzel said.

Aiming to open in late fall, Stitzel is excited to be contributing to the atmosphere around Marcum Park. “Along with all the activity at the Marcum Park with the concerts, Hamilton Flea, festivals and other events create the perfect atmosphere I have been looking to be a part of.”

The Marcum still has 3,500 sqft of retail space available. For leasing information, please contact Pete Montgomery at springdaleoffice@cmcproperties.com.
