Looking for a free family-friendly event this summer in Butler County?

Movies in the Park, in Middletown Ohio is continuing for another great summer! From June 1st– August 17th, Alternating from Downtown and Goldman Park- there will be a free movie starting at dark, every week. This event is a free, kid-friendly event welcome to all. There will be a pre-show family activity starting at 7:30 pm. Snacks and bar will open around 8 pm.

Movies in the Park began back in 2014 during the “take back our city and families” initiative. Since its start, it has been a true community builder across diverse ethnicities and socio-economic backgrounds. To this day, they give the community a reason to visit local parks in Middletown for a safe and memorable evening for everyone.

“To create a family fun and free event for our whole community of Middletown Ohio. Our hope is to create stronger families through building into all that live in Middletown. We do this by making it easy for any family or individual to be a part of a free movie in the park. We also believe that everyone plays a part in our community, so our goal is for any and all business, organizations and church and person can come together weekly to just be together as a community”

 

Movie Lineup for Summer 2018.  

June 1st: Mary Poppins in Downtown.
June 15th: Wrinkle in time at Goldman Park.
July 6th: Coco in Downtown.
July 20th: The Nut Job 2 at Goldman Park.
August 3rd: Wonder Woman in Downtown.
August 17th: The Emoji Movie at Goldman Park.

Each night there will be a pre-show family-friendly activity beginning at 7:30 pm.
A snack bar will become available at 8 pm and the movie will begin at dark, approximately 9 pm.
