The Marcum Apartments are in the heart of downtown Hamilton, home to the newest and most exciting events in Ohio. One of these events is the RiversEdge Concert Series that takes place directly across from The Marcum Apartments.

Concerts along the Great Miami River

Every Thursday of this summer, the RiversEdge amphitheater hosts a free concert on the banks of the Great Miami River. Each concert showcases a beautiful sunset, a strong sense of community, and the strongest lineup of artists RiversEdge has ever offered.

June 2nd, the first show kicked off with guitar virtuoso Scotty Bratcher rocking the stage. Bratcher has played with and opened for artists like Ted Nugent, Styx, Peter Frampton, and Foreigner. Scotty Bratcher and his opening act, The Danny Frazier band, is an ideal way to begin summer in beautiful Hamilton, Ohio.

 

The RiversEdge amphitheater will also host for the first time a country music festival called Whimmy Diddle. On Friday, June 23rd and Saturday, June 24th, country artists such as Pokey LaFarge and 90 Proof Twang will bring a little bit of down-south-country-music to Hamilton.

The concert series wraps up Thursday, August 31st with an entire month of tribute bands celebrating musical heroes. The tribute bands this year include Back in Black (AC/DC), Rumours (Fleetwood Mac), Natural Wonder (Stevie Wonder), and Bostyx (with David Victor formerly of Boston).
