Alive After 5 Downtown Hamilton

Alive After 5 is a monthly shop hop in Downtown Hamilton that highlights our eclectic community of small businesses and features delicious food and live music. Each month has a theme with different activities. Events take place in the downtown area from 5-9pm, when businesses on either side of High Street stay open later than usual. All events are kid-friendly and usually, have a craft or activity for kids. Dress up, bring a friend, and join us the first Thursday of every month to experience this beautiful city and see what our unique shops have to offer!

First Friday in Downtown Middletown

Chalk artists will line the streets to showcase their work, turning downtown Middletown into a living work of art, and listen to live music at Governor’s Square from the Madison High School Steel Drum Band!

Butler County Farm Day

Butler County considered a bedroom community for Cincinnati with many urban areas, is rich with agricultural history and continues to have an agricultural focus in many of our rural areas. The goal of the Farm Day event is to educate the public about Ohio’s number 1 industry – Agriculture. This day will give our citizens a glimpse into what farm life is like on a Registered Black Angus cattle operation. We also hope our 800 + participants will walk away with a greater understanding of farm life, the passion producers have for their livestock and agricultural operations, and how our producers work to find ways to conserve our natural resources through conservation practices.

Red Bricks and Rose Horse Parade

Join us for the 6th annual Red Bricks and Roses Horse Drawn Carriage Parade in Oxford, Ohio. Parade through historic Oxford, Ohio and enjoy the beautiful campus of Miami University. All types of horses and carriages are welcome. We ask that you decorate with spring flowers as we are celebrating the kick-off to spring!

Marcum Park Dedication

Join the Hamilton Parks Conservancy, the City of Hamilton, and the Marcum Family to celebrate Hamilton’s newest park. Festivities include a concert by the Hamilton High School Jazz Band.

Madison SpringFest

Buckeye BBQfest
When: Friday and Saturday. May 19-20, 2017
5:00 pm – 11:00 pm Friday. 11-11 Saturday.
Where: Square at Union Centre, 9285 Centre Pointe Dr, West Chester Township, OH 45069
The 2017 Buckeye BBQ Fest will feature two nights of non-stop Blues from 11 top Blues Bands, 99 kegs of Beer featuring 14 flavors, 16 BBQ vendors, 10 dessert vendors, a Classic Car Show, and more. A Kids Zone with inflatable bouncy rides and on Saturday a petting zoo from noon until 7 pm. 1 DAY PASS – $5.00 per person and Free for children under 12 (1-day pass per person). KID ZONE donation for Inflatable Rides. Once again we’ve teamed up with the Cincy Blues Society to bring you some of the best blues bands in the country. So bring your lawn chairs, blankets and grab some BBQ, brew or soft drink and tune-in to the sound of LIVE BLUES!
