Middletown Independence Day Parade and Broad Street Blast
When: Saturday, July 2nd from 10am-10pm
Where: Smith Park, 600 Tytus Ave in Middletown
Start off Independence Day in Middletown with the annual parade. The parade starts at 10AM from Woodside Cemetery and moves up to Smith Park.
Spend the rest of the day in Smith Park enjoying the Blast. There will be food vendors, Art Show, Middletown Division of Police K9 demos, Team FasTrax jumps, Kids rides, and Musical performance by The Community Center Show Choir and much more!
6:00pm-7:30pm – Local band The 5th Crow takes the main stage playing all your favorite rock hits.
8:00pm – 9:30pm Grammy Award Artist Rick Derringer headlines the event. Known for hits; Hang On Sloopy, Rock and Roll Hoochie Koo, Free Ride and Real American. Rick is an American Music Icon.
FIREWORKS begin at Dusk. This event is FREE. Parking is FREE and available at all Parking lots outside the park. There will be shuttle buses available. Handicap parking will be available in the park.

Red, White and Liberty at Liberty Center

Oxford Freedom Fest

Freedom Fest will be an evening of fun and celebration for the whole family on Saturday, July 2nd starting at 6:30pm.
Saturday night – The festivities kick off with a parade at 6:30PM. The parade starts at the corner of College and High Street and will progress east on High Street to Poplar Street. The theme for the parade is ‘Salute Our Heroes”. Wear your patriotic best and don’t forget to bring your American donned pets.

7:00pm – Summer Concert Series: Come to the Uptown Park to enjoy music by Thunder Bay: With roots in rhythm & blues, this party band has transformed into a versatile musical group capable of performing cover music from country artist George Jones to Rocker John Cougar to the Disco era music of the Bee Gees.
Sunday, July 3:
Sunday night – The celebration continues at Community Park – 6801 Fairfield Rd, Oxford, OH 45056, family activities like zip lining, obstacle course, petting zoo, kiddie train, face painting, There will also be a pie baking challenge and community booths. Starting at 7:30PM dance the night away in Uptown Parks to the sounds of a classic rock band, Thunder Bay. Fireworks begin at 10pm, presented by American Fireworks. West Chester Symphony Orchestra Patriotic Concert and Ice Cream Social
When: Saturday, July 2nd at 7pm
Where: Keehner Park, 7411 Barret Road, West Chester, OH 45069
The West Chester Symphony will bring out the patriot in all on Saturday, July 2nd with their annual Independence Day Concert. Come to Keehner Park Amphitheatre and bring a blanket, lawn chairs, and a picnic to enjoy the rousing melodies. A special addition – a community ice cream social.
Fairfield’s Red, White, and Kaboom
When: Sunday, July 3rd – Music at 8pm, Fireworks at 10pm

Fairfield knows how to celebrate! Their annual Red, White and Kaboom fireworks display will inspire. This year there are three official viewing party locations. Fairfield Aquatic Center – 2605 Augusta Boulevard
Relax poolside or swim during the fireworks spectacular. A DJ, games and food specials will be on site. Admission is $5 per person or free to pass holders.
Village Green Park
Village Green will be a great place to watch the fireworks. There will be vendors on hand like Amaizing Grace Kettle Corn, China Rainbow, Flubs, Hot Head Burrito, Joe’s Mojo, Katie’s Classic Cookies, Marco’s Pizza, Piggin-n-Grinnin BBQ. Come for dinner, music and fireworks.
8:30PM – Music by Systems Go
10:30PM – Music by Chris Schram on the CAC veranda
Before and following the fireworks enjoy tunes from the popular island party band, the SunBurners. They will also have vendors like Flubs, Hammann’s Catering, Kona Ice, Legasea Cafe, Sweetastics, U-Lucky-Dawg
Light Up Liberty
When: Sunday, July 3rd starting at 6pm
Where: Princeton Pike Church of God, 6101 Princeton Glendale Road
Celebrate Liberty in Liberty…. Light up Liberty presents live music and local food vendors. A family FunZone includes carnival activities! Liberty Township Parade and 5K Run for Liberty
When: Monday, July 4th Run starts at 7am and parade starts at 10am
Where: Lakota East High School
If you are going to a parade, Liberty Township does it right. The parade commences at 10AM at Lakota East High School and will make its way to Wyandot Lane to Yankee Road. Come for the great float and don’t forget your flags to wave right along with the parade.

Hamilton Fourth of July Celebration
When: Monday, July 4th parade starts at 10am.
Where: High Street in Hamilton
The celebration begins with the Hamilton parade at 10am. The route travels from the Butler County Fairgrounds, down Dayton Lane to 7th Street to High Street to Front Street. After the parade, head to the Courthouse for a patriotic program at noon. The celebration continues outside the Courthouse with Taste of Hamilton, have some delicious local food. At 4:30PM a free concert by The Sly Band and No Regrets The Band will take the stage at RiversEdge. The fireworks display begins at dusk.
Light up the Sky Monroe
When: Monday, July 4th from 11am to 11pm
Where: Parade comes up Main Street. Festival at Monroe Community Park 550 South Main St.
Light up the Sky is held annually on July 4th at the Monroe Community Park and organized by the Monroe Lion’s Club. Located Cincinnati-Dayton Road just south of State Route 63, this not-to-be-missed family affair and community event is free to attend!
